This vintage leather gym mat dates to the 1950's. It is made from durable cow leather and has four handles, two on each side. This weighty gym mat can be used as a bedhead or simply a place to lounge on the floor.

The gym mat is most likely to be from the French Army. The leather is aged, marked and worn with a wonderfully rich patina, refer to photos. The mat has a minor repair patch.
